During December of 2003, The Institute for International Research (IIR)
and The Product Development Management Association (PDMA)
teamed up to create the premier Voice of the Customer Event, incorporating
VOC findings throughout the value chain, from new product development and
brand strategy to product launch in B2B or consumer markets. This
conference focused on how to achieve customer-inspired product
development, innovation and brand creation throughout the value chain by
engaging project teams directly with customers.
Prior to the main conference Innovare led the

pre-conference workshop on groundbreaking VOC tools and techniques. Dr.

guided workshop participants in uncovering their customer's latent and future
