This newsletter provide examples of our innovation approach in three very different markets.

  • Xerox: we provided our Vocal Insights service to help them understand the challenges their customers faced when adopting new commercial print technology.
  • Harvard Pilgrim Healthcare: we leveraged Vocal Insights to help them redefine their course and focus on their customer's need for empowerment when navigating their healthcare.
  • Praxair: we provided experiential training of our entire front end of innovation approach to 60 scientists, engineers and business professionals in four different industrial markets .

Entering New Markets is a front end case study featuring Bayer Material Science.  We provided training and facilitated their polycarbonate business innovation team on our full front end approach.  We take a deep dive into their target building and construction market, developed their innovation strategy, a portfolio of innovation concepts and a technology and commercial roadmap for building the business.

Creating Great Consumer Experiences is a Vocal Insights case study with Excellus Blue Cross Blue Shield.  This provides a great example of our customer needs discovery and immersion process for large cross functional teams with many stakeholders that must take ownership of the results and implement the recommended innovations.
