Then we move into creative concept development.  We focus on ideas for solutions targeting the customer needs.  We nurture the ideas into viable new product and technology concepts and build an innovation plan the organization can get behind.

We do the research and bring the results to you.  We typically conduct a series of in-depth or voice of the customer interviews, make site visits,  conduct expert interviews, and facilitate workshops on specific issues.  We capture all the voices, develop insights and create a synthesized knowledge foundation.   


Instead of just a report, we socialize the findings with your team and stakeholders during a hands-on immersion workshop.  That gives your team the opportunity to be part of the synthesis and take ownership of the knowledge.


We followup the immersion workshop with an Innovare Greenhouse workshop and  create high quality innovation concepts driven by the insights.
