PDMA 32nd Annual International Conference

PDMA & IIR 10th Annual Voice of the Customer 2007

We sponsored the 10th annual Voice-of-the-Customer conference,  December 3 - 5, 2007 in Scottsdale, AZ.  During the conference we provided our half day workshop to over 40 delegates. 

The workshop  "Bridging the Gap from Voices to Concepts" was an interactive session designed to help teams create new concepts from the voice of the customer.  Since the workshop was so well received, we are now offering it for individual companies looking to get their team's started on transforming the voice of the customer into new product and service concepts.

Understanding Your Customer's Needs - Getting Beneath the Surface

This describes our Vocal Insights Workshop as presented at the 6th Annual PDMA/IIR Voice of the Customer Conference, December 8-10, 2003.  The workshop was exceptionally well received and provided all the tools and techniques to get each participant started conducting their own Voice-of -the-Customer project. 

We can reproduce this workshop at you company or organization to help you get started with the tools and techniques critical for understanding customer needs and created a shared understanding of those needs throughout your organization.  That shared understanding provide critical focus and alignment for innovation implementation.
