International Conference
We sponsored the 2008 PDMA annual meeting and enjoyed listening

great speaker, see old friends and making new ones. The PDMA has
been a special part or our innovation education and experience. Members of
our team have been part of the PDMA since the 1980s. We are
excited with how the discipline of innovation has evolved and proud to

Thank you for joining us in Boston for this year's premier front end event!
We continued our sponsorship of the Front End of Innovation conference at
the Seaport Hotel, in Boston's dramatic new waterfront district on May
19-21, 2008. We enjoyed meeting all those who came by

10th Annual Voice of the Customer 2007
We sponsored the 10th annual Voice-of-the-Customer
conference, December 3 - 5, 2007 in Scottsdale, AZ. During
the conference we provided our half day workshop to over 40 delegates.
The workshop
"Bridging the Gap from
Voices to Concepts"
was an interactive session designed to help teams create new concepts from
the voice of the customer. Since the workshop was so well
received, we are now offering it for individual companies looking to
get their team's started on transforming the voice of the customer
into new product and service concepts.

We sponsored the PDMA 2006 Product & Service Innovation -
Compete to Win international conference. During the conference

We plan on being at future PDMA conferences including the Front End of

Understanding Your Customer's Needs - Getting Beneath the Surface
This describes our Vocal Insights Workshop as presented at the 6th Annual PDMA/IIR Voice of the Customer Conference, December 8-10, 2003.
The workshop was exceptionally well received and provided all the
tools and techniques to get each participant started conducting their
own Voice-of -the-Customer project.
We can reproduce this workshop at you company or organization to help
you get started with the tools and techniques critical for
understanding customer needs and created a shared understanding of
those needs throughout your organization. That shared
understanding provide critical focus and alignment for innovation
implementation.
